Position: Business Head - Nutraceuticals

Position Reports to the Senior Vice President - With a Leading FMCG Company

Role: - Head Nutraceuiticals Business India

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize product formulations for brand products within Nutraceutical and Health Supplement Products portfolio, ensuring they adhere to all Indian Regulatory requirements, out class competition and leave up to customer expectations.

- In this role you will have a key instrumental role in developing and expanding the company's footprint Pan India significantly contribute to achievement the business and revenue target for the organization.

- Candidate Possessing Product distribution knowledge through E Commerce route/ through exclusive High End retail stores will be preferred.

- Should have had exposure to the Nutraceuticals business in the previous companies and led the business overall.

- The Incumbent will have to strategize the Road Map for Nutraceuticals Business in India, Build a team and Drive Business Growth within.

- Will be responsible for development of formulations for current brand products and also analyse the customers need/ Market trend and Market Intelligence to develop other products in existing categories.

- Evaluate raw materials for suitability and standardize their specifications/requirements. Work with procurement and finance team to select materials (excipients / active ingredients) that meet financial goals and contribute to cost saving initiatives of the company.

- Improve overall performance of products that fall short of performance expectations by consumers.

- Conduct field trial of new products and ensuring product performance suiting the recommended application.

Key Requirements:

1. Substantial experience in handling sales of Nutraceuticals/ Pharmaceuticals products.

2. Should be numbers-driven, sales-oriented with relevant Nutraceuticals experience.

3. Adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance.
