To monitor &amp; supervise all the functions related to Finance &amp; Accounts of assigned SBU's and to provide support to all functions to Business. JOB PROFILE: 1. Control &amp; management of books of accounts and consolidation. 2. Strong knowledge of INDAS and IFRS and must have worked in these environments 2. Budget preparation, submission and enforcing budgetary control system in place. 3. Preparation &amp; implementation of accounting, depot manuals and financial delegation of various functionaries. 4.Co-ordination with internal, external and statutory auditors for conducting various audits and initiating necessary actions based on audit observations. 5. Analyze cash flows, recommend cost control methods. 6. Handle Accounting aspects of major projects. 7. Control of credit limits. 8. Responsible for Accounts payable (suppliers) and Accounts receivable (Debtors). 9. Compliance of Company A/c's and TDS provisions. 10. Asset physical verification. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1) Preparation &amp; submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Balance Sheets and P&amp;L Account and statement of affairs to the management for approval &amp; publication. 2) Preparation, Implementation, and Monitoring for all internal financial controls including budgetary controls of the allocated business. 3) Preparation of F&amp;A MIS with Analysis. 4) Adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance.&nbsp; Keywords: F&amp; A/ Budget/MIS/ Balance Sheet/ regulatory compliance
