Job Title / Designation - Executive Assistant

Job Description -

Project Management - 

- Project Coordination - Co-ordinate with the various departments on the projects initiated from the Director's office.

- Project Lead Management - Lead projects initiated from the Director's office and draw a project plan along with respective milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and timelines

Business Development / Review - 

- Preparing periodic business review presentations to track business performance

- Assisting in strategic decision making to identify ways to improve relevant business metrics such as turnaround time, sales targets, or any other relevant metrics

Industry Bench marking - 

- Tracking industry trends and competition and presenting recommendations to the Director

Board Activities :

- Preparing board presentation highlighting business strategy, achievements, challenges, way forward

- Action plan and follow up of the activities

- Preparing and presenting yearly budgets which includes sales targets, revenue and expenditure forecasts and profitability
