1. Responsible to build vigilance network and regular monitoring of assigned territories to prevent any duplicate / spurious products prevailing in the market with our brand name. 2. To develop & widen intelligence network and collection of all related information. 3. Identify, develop & implement surveillance methods to prevent any duplicate / spurious products prevailing in the market with our brand name. 4. To carry out market checks / investigation on regular basis. 5. Collection of duplicate / spurious samples from market & its testing from R&D department. 6. Coordinate with Legal department on legal issues. 7. Liaison with Police and other Government Officials as required. 8. To conduct raids on spurious products of DS brand in coordination with local Police. 9. Conduct special investigations as and when ordered. 10. Analyze reports and MIS from team members.
