- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share across African/South American countries.
- Lead and mentor a team of export sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in target markets, leveraging your industry expertise and network.
- Drive the negotiation of contracts, agreements, and pricing structures with clients to maximize profitability and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and assess competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments relevant to export sales in African/South American markets.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and legal requirements governing international transactions.
- Candidate based in Mumbai who is willing to later shift to Africa or North America
