Drums Food - Supply Chain Performance Manager - Epigamia

About the Role:

- As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing stakeholder engagement strategies, maintain and track Supply Chain (procurement, production, logistics, & inventory management) data, lead analytics, draw actionable insights and implement review systems to improve Supply Chain efficiency.

- This will be a cross-functional role that will involve tasks and liaising with various internal customers.

Main Responsibilities - 

- To lead stakeholder engagement strategy as well as strategy execution to drive monthly priorities

- To develop and track key performance parameters for the Supply Chain team & proactively provide inputs and insights whenever necessary

- To lead analytics & build review systems that help improve team performance

- To build capabilities in the field implementation team through training, aids, and technology

- To track and measure KPIs, productivity and service across all functions in Supply Chain and work with cross-functional teams

Desired Candidate Profile - 

- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain domain.

- Preferred prior experience working in the FMCG sector in Supply Chain Domain;

- Proven analytical, strategic and execution excellence

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Strong presentation driven by effective communication and relationship building skills
