We then launched Epigamia Greek Yogurt (we call this Batman, call us to know why), where we strained Dahi to get higher protein and then infused it with real fruits to stimulate taste buds. Ever since then, we have been pushing the boundaries of what is possible and contemporising traditional Dairy.

From Protein smoothies, Lactose free curd and Mishti Doi, Ghee spreads to our latest offering of plant- based yogurt made from coconut milk, we have been launching products that are tastier and better for you.

At Drums, innovation is our playground and we make things happen. Our products are delivered through state- of- the- art manufacturing processes, innovative packaging and are available across retail and institutional sales channels. Within 3 years of launch, Epigamia is present in 12000+ touchpoints across 20 cities Pan- India, in major retail chains and outlets, online e- commerce platforms and other alternate channels. And we are only just getting started.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist in demand forecast of sale to take it as an input in Raw material and packaging material planning.

2) Long term, medium term raw material and packaging material planning and provide input to purchase team for delivery basis lead time and avoid stock out.

3) Conceptualize inventory norms for raw material and packaging material basis MOQ, Lead time and variability in demand/ production.

4) Establish RM/PM planning in ERP.

5) Establish planning cycle of demand forecasting/ production planning to design planning/ scheduling and ordering of long/ medium lead time RM/PM

6) Understand current vendors and develop new vendors to ensure optimum inventory, lower material cost and zero stock out of production due to non- availability of material.

7) Develop base line manufacturing order basis FSR/ PO basis current capacity minimum production run and higher efficiency.

8) Establish and develop new product delivery planning system to ensure timely delivery of new product through right first time delivery of RM/ PM.

9) Work closely with logistics team for supply planning of various products

10) Collaborate with 3rd party teams to ensure fitment of production cycles and get desired product mix manufactured within stipulated time frame.

11) Work with 3rd parties for monthly reconciliation of production as well as commercial terms.

12) Generate saving potential in terms of conversion cost / logistics cost / Procurement cost through coordination across departments.

Must haves:

1) 8- 10 year of experience in Supply Chain Planning.

2) Good exposure in FMCG industry.

3) MBA Operations preferred.
