Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Culture and core values, cascading both across all members and stakeholders in our ecosystem.
- Build a deep sense of commitment in employees towards their team and organizational goals and towards achieving mastery in individual roles
- Work closely with leadership in reviewing and implementing relevant changes to existing culture and values framework.
- Enable Performance from goal setting and alignment, tracking and creating feedback mechanism. Drive the performance management system for the organization to be the backbone for us to drive action
- Formalize positions, developing a clear company structure and set up a standardised performance management system
- Operationalize KPI setting process across layers
- Drive the performance cycles for Mid-year as well as Annual
- Manage Talent, recruit the best and track
- Drive end to end HR operations including budgeting, hiring, onboarding and exit
- Enable company growth through establishing a roadmap for greater retention and strategic hires
- Understand hiring needs, and build a strong value proposition for people considering joining
- Partner with leadership across levels to identify and address challenges around performance, engagement and retention.
- Enhance and/or develops, implements HR systems, policies and procedures for effective management of people
- Set up a competency assessment system,
- Employee Engagement
- Build the right content and communication strategy for people related initiatives
- Creating mechanisms that ensure that employees feel heard, valued and appreciated, develop a feedback loop with the leadership team; bring cohesion across offices
- Track employee aspirations, development & growth
Must haves:
- 4-5 years of experience in a HR generalist role
- Insightful with the ability to connect multiple data points, converting to action
- Experience working closely with the leadership team for strategic and operational people practices
- MBA or master's with a specialisation in HR
Preferred:
- Experience working in a young, growing organisation
- Experience leading a small team
