About the Role We are in the process of building a kick-ass Sales and distribution organization and get to 50k stores. We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Lead to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, is very strategic, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth with a strong ROI mentality. Key Responsibilities: - Formulation & Implementation of Go-to-Market strategies. - Translate Brand Strategies into Sales strategies with detailed plans to the sales team - Devise a strategy for the various types of the retail environment in the ecosystem to make sure our products are available, visible, and desirable - Own Trade communication, Promotional activities, New product launch activities, and Training of the Sales team and Channel partners. - Conducting market assessments and feasibility studies, with detailed elaborations on business propositions and business plans. - Providing a commercial and technical basis for adequate positioning of the products in the market - Plan for day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year business goals and influence the sales team to achieve them. (Join us and you will realize why a day is like a year in some other organizations :) ) - Work closely with Sales Team along with a cross-functional team of Product, Finance, and Customer support team to drive high-quality field execution. - Spend money well to drive our business objectives.
