Drums Food - Key Account Manager - Modern Trade & Institutional Channels

- Drums Food is a startup in the FMCG space looking to disrupt the huge dairy market in India. We have achieved tremendous success through our first premium brand of ice-creams by the name of Hokey Pokey and have achieved a hockey stick growth with our second premium offering, Epigamia, India's first Greek Yogurt.

- We are a young organization with an average age of around 30 years and are looking for good people who will be our partners rather than employees.

- Currently we are looking for a Key Account Manager for Modern Trade and Institutional Channels, Pan India for Epigamia Greek Yogurt

- We already have significant presence in India with presence in 12 cities and are present in around 2000 top retail outlets (both Modern Trade and General Trade).

- The person will be responsible for sales, operations, PnL, category growth, promotions, campaigns in Modern Trade and Institutional Channels for Epigamia Pan-India.

- Their is a tremendous growth opportunity at this stage with a clearly defined, merit based growth path.

- We are looking to get someone who is extremely passionate and aggressive in his/her working style and is able to fit in the young, informal culture of the company.

- The person needs to be from FMCG retail background who has worked on the ground with retailers and distributors. Salary is not an issue for the right candidate.

- You will be reporting directly to the COO.
