Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive E-commerce channel business - P&L, Sales and Margins
- New Account Development (planning assortment strategy and negotiating terms of trade)
- Key Account Strategy (making quarterly/yearly Joint Business Plans to drive top line targets and ROI-driven investments)
- Build (acquire) and enhance (retain) customer base through shopper activities and monthly marketing initiatives (visibility and promos)
- Liaise with Field Implementation teams to always ensure best-in-class service levels and portfolio availability
- Build and manage relations with KAMs and Category POCs for all accounts to drive strategic partnerships
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have 10 to 12 years of experience into E-commerce.
- Must have multi- tasking ability, be detail- oriented and a taskmaster
- Self- starter and proactive. Go- getter attitude
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into reality
- Results and data driven, entrepreneurial, confident and engaging
- A strong influencer with a can do attitude
- Cross-functional team player
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
