Job Description :
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Lead and drive development, implementation, and tracking of business development/marketing plans. Create and present the monthly marketing plan and strategy
- Marketing Calendars: Define & own the marketing calendars and promotional strategies to meet organizational objectives. Work on the monthly & quarterly plans in accordance with the annual plan
- Budgeting/Revenue: Interact with leaders to define the brand marketing budget. Responsible for brand marketing budgets and its utilization. Manage the marketing budgets ROI of the firm and its effective utilization
- Team / KPIs - Execute & implement the marketing plan in accordance with the overall strategy & inputs from various stakeholders including but not limited to the Sales team. Define the action plan for self & the team. Measure and report the performance against ROI and KPI goals of the team
- Evaluate partner agencies - Evaluate & onboard partner agencies where the organization is better served to outsource the work. SOPs to be followed for evaluating & comparing different vendors and present the same to the Management
- Customer experience / ORM - Define & drive the customer experience on the web, on site, call center & other touchpoints across the customer journey. Responsible for ORM across various online and social media platforms
- In-store Branding - Ensure standardization of look-and-feel of the branches. Liaise with the team to ensure adherence across new & old branches
- Sales - Work closely with sales team for constant feedback, aid customer success & drive sales growth
- ATL, BTL & LSM promotions: Define & activate relevant ATL, BTL, events & local promotional activities. Liaise with the sales team to work out what works best location-wise and activate marketing campaigns accordingly
- Competition Tracking: Constantly keep track of prospects and bringing marketing insights by analyzing competition's marketing activities
- Tracking and Reporting: Generate monthly marketing reports with achievements covering online, offline marketing and initiatives monthly & quarterly plan for events + effective execution + results. Lead brand calendar & competition analysis
- Digital Marketing: Responsible for defining the online presence & marketing strategies for the organization
- Data Analytics: Define data analytics approach & mindset for the business & activate necessary actions for business growth. Analyze customer patterns for higher returns
- Third party management - Define & drive any appropriate third party / agency relationships for brand & business growth.
- Campaigns - Running and optimizing various marketing campaigns. This includes but is not restricted to Google Ads - Search & Display, Social media campaigns, other ATL & BTL activities like in-stores branding and running campaigns to generate footfalls for the offline Stores.
- Learning - Drive a culture of learning in the organization along with the HR. Stay up to date with the latest technology, marketing & data best practices
Qualification:
- Essential Degree: GAP Certified Certified in Google AdWords or should have demonstrable experience in the same
- Desirable: MBA Marketing or Business
