Job Description : - Procurement - Optimize inventory levels and ensure maximum fill rate - Brand - Build long term relationships with brands and quickly address their grievances - Process - Design and implement efficient processes as per industry standards for inventory management, cataloguing and returns - Liaoning - Ability to work in a cross functional setup with Sales, Operations and Tech teams to ensure smooth daily operations - Team Management - Build, train, manage and engage the team - Competitive Analysis - Conduct regular competitive analysis of other platforms and offline market prices - Analyze market to find gaps and identify trends in different FMCG categories - Explore market for potential brands to partner and scale to fill the gaps - Work with the partner brands to grow their market leveraging the 25taka platform - Conduct research to identify and validate what products need to be created - Work on setting up network of manufacturers for new product creation while ensuring the right quality standards Skills Required : - Go-getter attitude.
