Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct research on FMCG market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Use the market research data for creating brand strategy
- Launch new products with a data backed approach
- Analyze data and compile reports, presenting findings to management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and campaigns based on market insights.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Manage market research projects from conception to completion, including survey design, data analysis, and report writing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, industry associations, and customers.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and market research techniques.
- Strong project management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
