DROPSHOP NETWORK Launch Manager - FMCG LOCATION - BANGALORE JOB DESCRIPTION: - The role would require setting up operations and sales processes grounds up. This would include identifying new markets, building a team, running marketing campaigns, growing the region's revenue to critical scale. - The role would be dynamic and would require travelling. - The role evolves into a cluster head position once a few micro markets are launched. - Manage a team of associates to drive workflows like Selection addition, In-stock, Contact management, Negotiations etc. - Responsible for driving key input metrics like bringing in new selection, minimizing out-of-stock situations and improving margins. - Responsible for productivity of the team and improving productivity metrics. - Responsible to maintain team dynamics and work to maintain team satisfaction. Responsible for driving higher team satisfaction scores. - Play the role of functional SME for the team to troubleshoot and improve team knowledge. - Responsible to bring in new processes, drive existing process improvements through invent and simplify and help scale the processes. - Manage team level escalations and deep dive in to root cause to fix processes. DESIRED CANDIDATE: - Experience of building and managing teams - Tier 1/2 MBA with 1-2 years of operations/sales experience. - Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills, with independent ownership and result-oriented. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects EDUCATION: Bachelors/ Masters in Lean Operations from a Premier B-School Salary offered: 8-10LPA
