Job Description :
- We are looking for a candidature, who must have experience in FMCG Food industry (Atta/ Food Industries preferred) and must have proper area knowledge of the particular head quarter and nearby areas.
- We are looking for a person who has strong wholesale relations in East Delhi, can drive placement as per company norms by managing front line team and who handle a team, can expand the distribution network.
- Primary & Key counters for secondary sales and monitoring the related activities
- Mapping, covering and searching of stockiest at vacant area
- For increasing the volume of secondary sales and looking for opening of new outlets, monthly target should be set accordingly
- Looking after the appointments for SSO/SO
- Sharp watches on competitors activities as deeply workout with the report from SSO/SO and forward the same to SM or GM/AVP/VP - sales (HOD) with Proof
- Controlling of the activities of the stockiest.
- Controlling of inventory status at stockiest/ point & arrange order
- Follow-up the collection proceeds from stockiest/distributors
- On Job Training to Sr. So/So during joint working
- Arranging & fixing of weekly, fortnightly meeting with SSO/SO for evaluating the current performance taking the new action plan to achieve the target
Education - Masters in Lean/Business Operations from Tier 1 Institutes.
