Building out various acquisition channels, including owning acquisition strategy, spends & budgets, on boarding experience b. Identifying & developing indirect channels & partnerships to drive growth User engagement & retention a. Helping Kirana Hero's to navigate the entire hiring and on boarding process b. Driving monetization & revenue recognition through engagement c. Driving LTV of the Kirana Hero's - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs with three core components: first, to define the company's growth plan, second, to coordinate and execute growth programs, and third, to optimize the revenue funnel. - This role requires a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate would need to have a deep understanding of different business models, strong first principles thinking & the ability to execute with speed & excellence. - This role calls for versatile profiles that have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo and make the role what they want it to be. - Own the roadmap for all the business initiatives, across both vertical & horizontal expansion, across the organization. Be able to conceptualize, roll-out & scale up plans, while mitigating risk & exigencies. - Strategic planning- translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects - Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions for the organization. - Drive the annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for the company. - Work across various teams and stakeholders to design comprehensive business processes that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency. - Focus on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Education and experience - - Degree in Business Management or related field from a Tier 1 institute. - Experience in scaling businesses from scratch with a significant amount of time spent in technology start-ups like Meesho, Rapido, Citymall, Shop101, Roposo etc. - Entrepreneurial mindset: Bring in a mindset of being a founder/ an entrepreneur who is a self-starter. - Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills to identify key opportunities/ risk in a constantly changing business environment, and leverage/ mitigate them accordingly. - Product thinking is essential with strong communication and collaboration skills. - A bias for action and problem-solving skills: You understand that perfect is the enemy of good. You embrace challenges and take ownership to create solutions. - Strategic mentality: You are comfortable in the weeds, but are also able to see the bigger picture and pivot strategically as the environment around you changes.
