Brand Manager - FMCG/F&B
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyse market gaps and consumer insights to build or partner with the right brands under Brands of Bharat.
- Deep understanding of the various consumer, retailer segments and effectively targeting them for each of the brands.
- Ability to understand product development and work with the right contract manufacturers that can scale the brand. Establish product specifications, cost parameters to ensure product consistency and healthy economics.
- Business planning with m-o-m forecasts across geographies, channels with top-line and bottom-line targets.
- Devise innovative growth strategies for the brand, track brand health and ensure delivery as per plan including expanding product portfolio, pack-sizes, channels, geographies etc.
- Work with cross functional teams - NPD, Sales, Marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies and ensure efficient in-market activation and sales monitoring.
- Lead creative development and marketing to get the target audience to purchase our brands. Get more and more customer love and figure a way to measure the same!
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
Education and experience :- Degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as part of Category / Brand teams in a FMCG company.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Demonstrate ability to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent team management skills.
