Senior Manager, Sales Training | 3-5 years | Gurugram

As the Senior Manager, Sales Training, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing training programs for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales training, with a proven track record of enhancing sales skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs for both new hires and existing sales team members.

- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and gaps.

Content Creation:

- Develop training materials, presentations, and other resources.

- Ensure that training content aligns with business objectives and sales strategies.

Onboarding:

- Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales team members to ensure a smooth integration into the sales process.

- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce them to Droom's products, services, and sales methodologies.

Sales Skills Enhancement:

- Provide coaching and guidance to sales reps to enhance their selling skills.

- Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Product Knowledge:

- Ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of Droom's product offerings, features, and value propositions.

- Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest product information.

Sales Process Optimization:

- Work with sales leadership to continuously optimize the sales process.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in the sales workflow.

Feedback and Evaluation:

- Collect feedback from sales reps and use it to improve training programs.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to stay informed about updates and changes.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

Skills:

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales coaching and mentoring abilities.

- Knowledge of e-commerce and technology trends.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training impact.
