Requirements:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Assessing developmental plans
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-along with senior representatives
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
- Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers
- Provide coaching and support to sales team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, including conducting orientation sessions and providing one-on-one support as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages continuous growth and development among the sales team.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, to educate the inside sales team about Droom's automobile buying and selling process.
- Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs to address those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to automobile sales, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.
Qualifications:
- Total experience of 2-4 years is required
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar in automobile industry is required
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Highly developed skills for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
