An ideal candidate should possess the following :

1. The candidate will be responsible for overall operations of Marketplace.

2. Have managed the overall Profit and Loss of all marketplace.

3. Have managed and create demand and supply for marketplace.

4. Able to Setup and manage all paid/non paid (Organic) marketing activities on a daily basis

5. Able to setup processes to drive marketplace sales concluding to profitability.

6. Able to design viable commercial structure, modules to cater for different suppliers and categories.

7. Manage a team of current and future marketplace associates.

8. Able to ideate forward product strategy and make recommendations to achieve positive results.

9. Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

10. Diligently develop program to sustain relationships with current customer database and dealers to retain and grow existing business.

11. Able to research market trend, market analysis and advice further roadmap to increase the sales revenue month on month basis.

12. The ideal candidate should possess relevant 10 plus years of experience in e-commerce, new age organizations.

14. Good knowledge of online businesses B2B/B2C/D2C models.

15. Assertive communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills is a must.

16. Detail oriented, advanced execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities.

17. Strong presentation skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

18. Proven record on deliverables able to work in fast paced and ambiguous environment.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 10+ years' experience as running and owning P&L for varied categories and taking initiatives and managing various stakeholders simultaneously.

2. Fair understanding of E-commerce value chain & ecosystem.

3. Candidate with 2 Year full time MBA from premier Institute only.
