Droom - Head/AVP- Operations| 10+ years | Gurugram, NCR Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage vehicle inspection operations across India, ensuring timely and high quality service delivery to our diverse customer base. - Lead a team of Managers and Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experiences. - Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and business performance, regularly monitoring and optimizing operations for efficiency and effectiveness. - Design and maintain process maps for vehicle inspections, continually seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance service quality and streamline operations. - Conduct resource planning based on demand forecasts, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer needs while optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to identify and address any operational challenges or technical issues impacting service delivery, advocating for improvements and enhancements as needed. - Manage call center operations to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer inquiries, escalations, and service requests, maintaining high standards of service quality and responsiveness. - Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization. - Take ownership of results and outcomes, driving accountability, and fostering a resultsoriented mindset among team members. - Uphold high ethical standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, making a positive impact on both customers and colleagues alike.
