1. Be the custodian of Droom's dealer community, content and communication
2. Develop a deep understanding of the industry and the community, and build long-lasting relationships between the community and the company
3. Build a community of engaged dealers who will act as evangelists for the brand
4. Develop and implement a proactive engagement model
5. Plan and execute community management initiatives, campaigns, trainings, and events like webinars, meets, and dealer summits with the dealer community
6. Create and execute engagement activities for the dealer community with effective marketing & communication plans to drive affinity and adoption
7. Derive insights and analyze behaviour of the dealer community to understand the voice of the dealers and collaborate with internal teams to surface issues, data and anecdotes to drive improvements on their behalf
- Proven work experience of similar roles building and managing B2B communities, preferably in eCommerce firms or a similar industry, is a must
- Past experience in creating supply through Marketing is preferred (reference companies: Uber, Ola, Rapido, Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, Grofers/Blinkit, Meesho, BharatPe, PhonePe, Netmeds, Pharmeasy, Amazon, Flipkart)
