Job Description: Director Enterprise B2B Sales (Droom Cloud Services)
Candidates should be in Fintech or BFSI domain with experience in used vehicle vertical.
We are seeking a dynamic and process driven Enterprise Sales personnel for driving revenue and expansion for Droom' cloud products within the BFSI market. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and securing large-scale deals. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the BFSI segment.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers in target enterprise accounts.
- Understand client needs, business objectives, and pain points to tailor solutions that address specific enterprise challenges.
- Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to articulate value propositions and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and reports, while consistently updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 10+ years in enterprise sales or B2B sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Understanding of SaaS based products.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Good at MS-Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
