Data Analyst/Business Analyst

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- Ability to acquire and extract data from primary or secondary sources using automated tools.

- Identifying corrupted data, fixing coding errors or other related problems for data accuracy assurance purposes.

- Effective development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics optimizing statistical efficiency and quality.

- Interpretation of data and performing analysis for assessing the quality and relevance of data.

- Preparation of ongoing reports and reviewing reports for filtering out data.

- Identification of performance indicators for correction of coding problems.

- Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends/patterns in complex data sets using statistical tools.

- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time

- Preparing reports for the management evidently stating the trends, patterns and future predictions using the relevant data set.

- Cross-cultural departmental collaboration for process improvement, system modification and devising strategies.

- Proficient in SQL, Automation, Advanced Excel.

- Knowledge about R, Python are preferred but not mandatory.

- Good presentation skills for upper management communication.
