3. Determining the appropriate valuation of a company based on its financial position and growth potential.

4. Merger & Acquisitions: Evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions based on financial projections and industry analysis, market analysis, Government regulations, Competitive Analysis.

5. Skilled in transaction advisory and valuation analysis

6. Candidates with good investor communication & investor relationship management is highly preferred.

7. Responsible for delivering and creating Investor's pitch decks.

8. Regular MBA Must
