CBO - Chief Business Officer

1. Is already working as CBO or head of category Management and Merchandising in the current role or the most promising second in command

2. Has worked a minimum of 5 years of the last 7 years in P&L responsibly and have always met or exceeded expectations

3. Knows new category launch, existing category management, merchandising, retail 1-on-1, and category curtain

4. Strong grip on buyer and seller journey, flows, funnel tracking, and UI/UX

5. Knows E-Commerce, buying and selling funnel, search, filters, sort, recommendation engine conversion

6. Super familiar with discounts, promotions, virality

7. Knows CAC, LTV and cohort

8. Can document existing processes and SOPs, create new processes, refine them and run them

9. Can work with product and engineering team in developing new technologies and features for category and merchandising automaton

10. Extremely customer focused

11. Strategic thinker and strong business acumen

12. Exceptional condition interpersonal skills

13. Can work in multi disciplinary environment

14. Is very entrepreneurial and start up type

15. Can deal with ambiguity unstructured or fast pace environment

16. Can growth hack goals and is super assertive

17. Very good in data analysis, benchmarks, competition analysis and best practices

18. Career sits on the intersection of category management, marketing, product management, business development, strategy and analytics

19. Minimum of 15 years of experience in progressive career in E-Commerce or other fast paced technology oriented company

20. MBA from IIM, FMS, ISB or USA top 10
