DriveU's key leadership team is compromised of experienced entrepreneurs from India, as well as, from the Silicon Valley. With 15% mom growth, we are looking out for talented individuals to be a part of the DriveU journey. As our operations scale up, we are looking out for a VP of Operations that can innovate, motivate, and efficiently ramp up supply across all territories, and stabilize our core central operations team. As of now, you will be responsible for managing a team of 65+ operational employees, and over 3,000 driver partners that work on a commission model. More importantly, the ecosystem that has been created needs to attain certain net margins, driver earnings, and fulfillment of booking requests. What you need to do : - Responsible for all aspects of customer service, operations, and financial results. - Strategic planning and supply development initiatives. - Effectively match supply to the projected demand to avoid cancellations - Identify patterns, problem areas, and implement effective solutions to increase customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. - Lead, support, and develop high-performing operations teams PAN India. - Maintain and generate weekly performance reports and provide an analysis of the same. - Create innovate ops-tech to meet KPIs, including products/features on our Partner App and backend, by working closely with the product team. - Instill/maintain a great working culture that is conducive to innovation and problem-solving. What we need from you : - MBA or Engineering degree or equivalent value from a well-established institute. - 5-10 years of operations management, a plus if supply management was your core focus. - Strong business knowledge and experience, with the ability to provide reports and analysis of financial and operational positions to forecast, develop and implement strategic plans. - Strong multi-tasking skills and can operate with a high sense of urgency. - Ability to convey operational requirements and translate them to how we can achieve goals through innovative technology. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). - Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. - Bonus- if you can derive reports by writing your own SQL queries.
