We are looking for Result-Oriented and Passionate Professionals with a strong Analytical and Excellent communications skills.   Responsibilities:  - Generate additional sources of revenue and opportunities with existing clients through business networking.  - Review all major deliverable (i.e. Hardware pre-requisites, Solution requirements, client IT practices) to meet quality standards and client expectations.  - Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, coordinating with product support team and the sales managers in getting the desired deliverable.  - Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.  - Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects remain profitable.  - Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Sales Managers.  - Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.  - Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.  - Conduct customer presentations and manage team coordination between the client and internal teams  - Reports to the Regional Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.  Requirements:  - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience preferably with an Enterprise/Call Center   - Strong Analytical skills, target oriented and a team player 	  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills 	  - Preferred education: Technical undergraduate education  - Should have handled / coordinated product implementation / Vendor management for any Software or IT implementation at atleast 3-4 sites.  - Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships  - Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)  - Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator  - High level of initiative and work well in a team environment  Renumeration : As per industry standards
