HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training &amp; development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. Essential Functions Talent Acquisition: Manpower planning and drive the recruiting strategy for the company; while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metric. Talent Retention: Design &amp; implement various Short term &amp; Long-term plans for various levels to ensure retention of critical talent and high performers. Training and Development: Evolve systematic Training needs identification, prepare a training calendar and events and schedule the same as per business requirement. To incorporate a training program for every new employee and giving them an orientation regarding the company policies and rules. It also involves listing out job expectations and defining roles and responsibilities, thus getting the new employees in tune with the working of the organization. Performance Management: Create Goal Audit Framework to enable employees to create smart goals and also ensure proper alignment of individual goals with business and company goal. Ensure Annual Appraisals are completed as per timelines and corporate guidelines Employee Engagement: Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce and a healthy and exciting work culture. Provide adequate support to the business to ensure a smooth HR experience to the end employee, right from On boarding to Exit. Business HR: Consult business to improve organizational performance issues. Possess and builds good relations with employees and can be looked upon as both an HR expert and an employee advocate. HR Policies: Responsible and safeguarding of all HR practices and policies including policy planning, compensation and Employee relationship. Budgeting: Responsible for HR budget preparation and monitoring. Compensation Benefits and Payroll Management: The HR Team along with the Finance Team should ensure not only accurate calculations of salaries but also timely transfer of the same. Timely settlement of exiting employee's dues and compensations.
