About The Team :

The responsibility of the Risk Servicing team is capital protection and capital recovery. In the world of Fintech where growth cannot be compromised, keeping a check on delinquencies is equally important. We want to keep our delinquencies at minimal and growth sky high.

Your Role :

- Identifying key opportunities for enhancing and improving the various collection processes for delinquent clients

- Tracking portfolio performance and external macro-economic factors

- Researching on applicability and execution of various Laws globally

- Liaison with all domestic and international Collection partners and Legal partners

- Arriving at Resolutions for existing and ongoing delinquent accounts

Our Checklist :

- Equivalent to CA/Law Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Stressed Accounts management. Experience in Trade Finance is preferred

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Intellectually curious to understand underlying reasons for a trend

- Fair understanding of Domestic & International Laws for recovery

- Confident working on MS Office
