Senior Manager, Inside Sales (US Growth) Your Role: - You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. - You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, moving leads forward in the pipeline, and eventually closing the customer. - The prime responsibility is to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails & aggressive follow-ups - Understand customer needs and requirements, generate interest, route qualified opportunities and close sales by setting up meetings, and achieve quarterly quotas - Drive sales through new customer acquisition using various direct methods, networking, and research Our Checklist: - Proven 4+ years of inside sales experience, end-to-end sales experience 2+ years of international sales experience (US/UK) would be an advantage - Track record of over-achieving goals - Should have some exposure to financial products to an international or domestic client - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Comfortable working from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am/ 6: 00 pm to 3:00 am
