Role Description: - As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and develop a capital-raising strategy for the company. - The position will require strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence and an interest in engaging with new business customers. Responsibilities: - The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business. - Drive sales through new customer acquisition. Deliver a % of overall revenue growth. Build &amp; manage a high-performance team to execute the business goals. - Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research. Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts. - Grow revenue per customer on a month on month basis. - Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products.
