Role Summary :

As a Sales Leader, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses, and develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem- solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.

Job Responsibilities :

- The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business

- Drive sales through new customer acquisition and deliver a % of overall revenue growth

- Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research

- Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts

- Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products

What are we looking for?

- You take ownership and have a proven track record of results

- Should have very high motivation and be a self-starter

- Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports

- Team-handling experience is a must

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Sales
