Drip Capital is looking for a skilled SDR manager/Presales Manager to lead our USA team.
- The ideal applicant will be in charge of overseeing a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and directing the pre-sales procedure by generating leads, identifying potential clients, and working with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
- SDRs are in charge of identifying and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and other lead generation activities.
- They are frequently the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- The candidate is in charge of making sure that his team generates leads efficiently and qualifies them for the sales team to close.
- In order to achieve alignment and success, this involves establishing and monitoring performance metrics, coaching and training team members, and close collaboration with other departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Working in the night typically from 7 pm to 3 am IST
- Manage and lead the SDR team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads
- Utilize sales tools and technology to maximize productivity and efficiency, such as HubSpot, Outreach/MailChimp, PhoneBurner, ChatGpt, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, QuillBot,and TrippleSession.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-sales process and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze pre-sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams
- Manage the pre-sales budget, including forecasting and reporting
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/P.G degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in leading pre-sales or SDR management for a US business/market, preferably in the financial or fintech industry
- Strong expertise in outbound sales, primarily through email, phone, and social selling
- A proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast growing company with multiple sales segments with an inbound and outbound model
- You are an expert at partnering with marketing to plan and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of attracting, retaining, and motivating exceptional team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure performance
- You are an expert at prospecting via Linkedin, Outreach, SalesNav, Zoominfo, HubSpot, PhoneBurner, ChatGpt, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, QuillBot,and TrippleSession
- Proactive, solution and results-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
