Drip Capital - Manager - Collections & Stressed Accounts (9-18 yrs)

Build strategy to maintain Drip's portfolio & timely recovery from global clients on receivable finance(RF) & SCF, identification of issues causing delay, corrective action to reduce overdue and delinquency management through recovery action on early stress or distressed accounts.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage a global collections team to optimize debt recovery processes

- Develop and implement effective collections strategies on a global scale

- Maintain positive relationships with clients while minimizing delinquencies

- Utilize data and performance metrics to analyze and provide insights for continuous improvement

- Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional departments to address unique challenges and contribute to policy development

- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance culture

- Navigate international regulations and ensure compliance in diverse markets

- Play a key role in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of global collections efforts

What we look for:

- 10+ years of experience in Recovery, Civil Litigation and Global Laws

- Prior experience in lending business or structured finance is preferred

- Track record of developing and implementing successful global collections strategies to optimize debt recovery processes

- In-depth understanding of international regulations related to collections and a proven ability to ensure compliance in diverse markets


- Excellent communication and drafting skills

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness

- Entrepreneurial mindset to get things done

- Humble, open to feedback and collaborative
