Role Summary: Join a global fintech startup backed by tier 1 venture investors and help us expand into new geographies, as a Lead for Channel Partnerships, you will help develop channel partners for customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and develop a growth strategy for the company. Responsibilities: - Lead a high performing team to achieve overall revenue and lead generation targets - Identify opportunities and develop innovative methods to establish new Channel Partner relationships and mine existing relationships to generate more customer leads - Support sales through new customer generation from channel partners. Deliver a % of overall marketing growth - Adding value to channel partners and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals - Prospect potential channel partners using various direct methods, networking, and research - Serve as the key channel partner contact on multiple accounts - Address complicated queries around Trade Finance and related products What we are looking for: - Owns and hits/exceeds annual leads generation targets - Ability to motivate and train team to achieve their targets - Builds and maintains rapport with key channel partners; identifies new lead generation opportunities - Partners with channel partner to understand the market and competition - Strong quantitative skills - You take ownership and have a proven track record of results - Bachelor's / MBA degree, with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
