Your Role - Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs including preparing compensation analyses, reviews, annual compensation process administration, & reporting. - Participate in compensation surveys, evaluate job descriptions, and prepare and analyze survey data - Participate in strategy planning, benefits design, implementation and communication of employee benefit plans in India Our Checklist - A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation benefits with an education for a Tier 1 institute with a degree in engineering preferably. - Good conceptual and practitioner depth in areas of compensation benefits and HR analytics - Good overall understanding of HR and talent processes and how they impact business outcomes - Hands-on ability to drive and project manage complex initiatives, specifically in compensation benefits led transformations - Intrinsic orientation towards process management, development and design - Experience in managing senior stakeholders
