Role Summary: Drip Capital is looking for a marketing analyst who not only excels at understanding and applying marketing principles in a constantly changing online landscape but also has a flair for deciphering data to present meaningful business outcomes to stakeholders Responsibilities: - Manage &amp; grow marketing's contribution to Drip Capital's core business - Measure &amp; improve CAC and return on marketing investment (ROI) - Analyze the performance of various channels within digital, and strive to outnumber the contribution to sales qualified leads - Increase conversion rate of qualified leads through various stages of the sales funnel in close collaboration with various teams - Increase brand reach and penetration in key accounts through a mix of targeting and creative strategies - Challenge status quo and drive data-driven performance optimizations to improve campaign performance and user engagement on the website - Constantly identify &amp; test new tactics for business growth - Own, strategize and support various growth initiatives with equal enthusiasm - Stay updated with the latest developments in marketing analytics What we are looking for: - Graduates/Postgraduates from Tier 1 institutes - 1-2 years of experience in a marketing analytics role - Knowledge of query language and skilled in performance reporting - Understanding of online marketing and tools for research, execution and performance measurement
