Role Description : The Capital Markets team at Drip Capital is based in Palo Alto, California, and Mumbai, India. This international team is responsible for the asset funding strategy and execution to ensure Drip has the most attractive financing to keep scaling our business. Our debt partners include leading investment banks, credit funds, institutional investors, and others globally. The team is seeking a driven analytical candidate with experience in finance and data to lead all the analytics and structuring requirements involved throughout Drip's Capital Markets transaction lifecycles. You will have a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will need to work cross-functionally and develop quantitative insights to drive better decision-making. The Associate's job will involve the following : - Leading and streamlining processes of diligence and reporting with international investors - Managing and responding to a high volume of day-to-day quantitative and qualitative requests - Leading the seamless operation of Drip's different structured credit facilities - Analyzing Drip's asset data to inform Capital Markets strategy and decision - Assisting in the creation of debt structures that help Drip obtain optimal and scalable capital - Interacting with investment banks, private equity and credit funds, and other institutional investors; responding to diligence requests, keeping them abreast of asset performance, and generally representing Drip Capital to the broader capital markets universe - Develop and maintain decks describing our company, asset, and capital structures Requirements : - A quantitative degree (engineering, economics, statistics, computer science) from a Tier I college in India or the US - 2-5 years experience at an investment bank, management consultancy, or investment management firm - Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint - High attention to detail and a strong work ethic - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong individual and team performance mentality with an ownership mindset - Proactivity, humility, and having a basis for action are qualities we highly value - Prior knowledge of lending businesses or structured finance products is a plus - Prior knowledge of R or Python and SQL is a plus
