Analyst - Business Intelligence Role Description: - Drip Capital's Research &amp; Analytics team is involved in carrying out strategic policy, trade and macro-economic research for supporting the business. The team undertakes key projects relevant for different business functions (such as marketing, risk, sales and communications) within the company along with structured research pieces for external consumption. Analyst (BI) should be a strong, driven candidate with a keen interest in data, economics, policy and business. Responsibilities: - Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data to building a structured analysis and deriving key insights - Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and management - Perform comprehensive research on industry research and market sizing - Conduct in-depth research on trade, policy, regulations and other relevant macro-economic areas - Supporting publication of data centric reports and other research pieces - Develop product, business and industry knowledge and leverage the same for deliverables - Helping create dashboards and presentations as and when required Requirements : - A degree in engineering/ economics/ statistics/ finance from Tier I, II universities - 0-2 years of work experience - Strong analytical skills and data research capability along with a economics/financial acumen - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must - Knowledge of any data analysis tool such as R/SQL/STATA is an added advantage - Ability to multi-task &amp; operate effectively in a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment - Effective written &amp; verbal communication
