We can solve this problem together. Your Role: You will plan and execute the full stack Research, GTM, Sales and own the revenue from B2B side, whilst building/lead an A+ team eventually. As the EIR youll define brand positioning for B2B market, acquire demand and revenue with balancing a hands-on and strategic approach. You will be responsible for driving our B2B efforts, including setting strategy, executing, and measuring results.


- Youll collaborate across teams internally & lead B2B acquisition, adoption, retention, and re-activation by creating the playbook for growth. You will partner with the cofounder through regular interactions and guidance along with other senior executives.


- You will have a significant impact on the companys performance, strategy, and value creation. This is an ideal position for an ambitious person with a vast business development / analysis background with experience in driving revenue, growth, building brand, developing strategies, supported by sound financial and business analysis.


In this role you will:


- Own the P/L of the B2B revenue, with required ownership with other functional leaders of product, business operations and support functions on finance, recruiting etc.


- Build metrics for this function & own strategy and execution for the B2B growth function from end-to-end, including setting goals, planning and executing GTM and prioritizing initiatives.


- Work closely with the Senior management and Cross Functional Teams such as Ops, Finance and Product to set up SOPs and execute projects by regular interventions.


- Rigorously measure KPIs and progress against articulated growth objectives, and develop reporting for execs and companywide consumption


- Work with different stakeholders across the organization to shape the product & strategy. Build the playbook for scaling the B2B function including the customizations, pricing strategy etc keeping internal metrics in place.


- Requirements: Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a Business with field experience of 2-3 years of experience.


- Previous experience in P/L ownership of B2B and ownership in any companys revenue stream or in a startup EIR role is a plus.


- You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, customer insights, data driven & good communicator.


- Entrepreneurial, takes ownership, anticipates trends and embraces innovation.


- Analytical and problem solving approach & have basic intelligence.
