About Driffle : Driffle is a digital goods marketplace that connects gamers with worldwide sellers. We are a team of gamers with the aim of making gaming accessible and affordable to everyone.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Execute customer acquisition, retention, engagement and retargeting campaigns for web and app across channels: Google ads, social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) display , apple search campaigns etc.

- Must have strong analytical skills with hands on experience in firebase and google analytics.

- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI & ROAS with the help of A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends and insights.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Plan and execute email & affiliate marketing campaigns

- Monitor and regulate spends across channels based on data analysis and insights.

- Stay on top of key trends and best practices in digital marketing, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies

- Collaborate with the content and design team to plan effective campaigns.

- Additional exceptional performance and copywriting skills will be preferred.

- Knowledge of CRM tools like clevertap/moengage etc. will be a plus

Qualification & Skill Sets :

- 3-5 yrs of relevant experience in performance marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce or engineering

- Hands on in Google ads (SEM, display, app, video etc.) , SMM, Google Analytics, Firebase & Microsoft excel.

- Has experience of working in an agency

- Experience in B2C industry will be a plus

- Strong collaborative skills to be able to work with different teams

- Keen attention to details

- Good organization, planning & communication skills
