What we're looking for:

- An adaptable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment, knows how to draw a parallel between the skills and the attitude of talent. We count on you to build the Employer brand!

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent understanding of 'screening' and 'shortlisting' profiles.

- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management.

- Understanding of human resource journey from hiring to ensuring their growth in the organisation

- Plan and execute candidate engagement initiatives, own end-to-end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement, recruiting and post-joining experience.

Who we seek:

- An individual who's a people person! You should love interacting and observing!

- Degree/MBA in Psychology or Human Resources or related field preferred

- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, growing startup.

- Experience in e-commerce preferred

- Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges

- Experience using Talent Hiring Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.

- Experience using HRMS

- Experience working with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms
