Senior/ Manager Commercial

Duties & Responsibilities :

- To execute partnership agreements with airport lounges, Wellness, Spa, Food & Beverages and Retail outlets at airports, Meet & Assist Airport Transfer and baggage handling operators.

- To negotiate & partner with hospitality & related sector of airport eco system as per defined strategy, management of SLAs and renewal of the contracts on expiry of the term.

- To track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- To seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

- To follow negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

- To partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

- Post agreement relationship management with all partners.

- Preparing dashboards, obligation trackers and Service Level Trackers and co-ordinate with different stakeholders for smooth functioning of the services.

Work Experience : The incumbent should be well conversant with Hospitality Programs in Airport Eco system, contact with Senior/ Operational level executives at partner companies, Online & offline campaign management and signing partnership agreements.
