HR Business Partner
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult regularly with business leaders and provide HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provide input on workforce planning and support in hiring the right talent
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Provides performance management guidance to managers and ensure the Performance Management process for the year is conducted as per process and within the set timelines
- Create opportunities for Employee Engagement through various activities. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Analyse and report HR metrics
Key Skills:
- Excellent people management skills with proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Demonstrated experience of effective oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, energetic and self-motivated individual
- Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving
- Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance
- High degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities
