Job Objective:

As a Researcher, you will be closely working with the Project Lead and Team Manager for product enhancement and improvement, project delivery in the technology domain/ TMT domain/ Aerospace, Automotive/Manufacturing/Telecom/ Semiconductor. You will need to work with the project team to provide new ideas, analytical models that will improve the Talent intelligence platform.

Job Overview:

You will be working closely with your product teams to conduct in-depth secondary research, apply analysis techniques and create new scalable modes that will take the intelligence platform to the next level.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Support and contribute to research assignments by conducting primary and secondary research on domestic and global markets/companies

- Develop a structured and logical approach to data collection, including identification of new sources

- Create data interpretation models to provide actionable insights

- Monitor/capture various market trends and financial details of domestic and global markets.

- Strong analytical mindset and secondary skills, including deep research and/or consulting experience in Talent, People, or related domains

- Conduct global talent market analysis includes analysis such as Talent Mapping, Talent Cost Analysis, Skills Analysis, and various other talent components

- Lead a team of Analysts, Research Executives and be a point of contact for any talent related research

- Ability to multitask and deliver projects with minimal guidance

- A strong awareness of technology and its impact on people and their working environment

- Advanced interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communication skills

- Assisting client in assessing an integrated insights strategy related to the future of work

- Prior experience of working in people/talent, technology consulting is a plus

- Strong analytical capabilities: candidates who are energized by quantitative tasks and responsibilities will thrive in this position

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is mandatory. SQL, Python skills a plus

Required Skills:

- Should have an orientation and knowledge of basic concepts and techniques of market research

- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Knowledge of digital technologies would be preferred
