Core Responsibilities :

- Spearheading new business acquisition by implementing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies for a variety of services

- Crafting and executing a strategic vision and plan to expand and cultivate the business by securing new clients.

- Managing day-to-day meetings and sales calls with law firms, attorneys, and general counsels throughout the USA.

- Promoting the company's legal and paralegal support solutions within the legal and healthcare industry.

- Leading weekly forecast meetings, conducting deal reviews, and providing one-on-one guidance to direct reports on strategies to facilitate deal closures through active involvement in the sales process.

- Developing strong relationships with clients to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements.

- Cultivating new relationships with clients by discovering and connecting with stakeholders.

- Developing distinctive sales approaches to secure more business.

- Identifying and pursuing promising new business prospects throughout the United States and other markets

- Participating in networking events that are relevant to your goals and interests.

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas

- Ensuring consistent supervision of sales efficiency by creating dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data through win-loss analysis.

Requirements :

- Must be analytical and results orientated through all stages of the sales cycle, Passionate about training early career reps, with a consistent record of building a great working environment.

- 6+ years' experience in managing the US B2B segment. Legal/KPO industry experience will be preferred.

- Strong experience and ability to define GTM for the service offerings.

- Proven track record of high achievement in a sales role, with a strong history of exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Master's degree in business, sales, or marketing, combined with quick learning ability, the skill to establish trust over the phone, and an understanding of market dynamics and prospects.
