We are looking for candidates having extensive experience in D2C and Marketplaces
a) Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics on all the social media including Facebook, Twitter, etc.
b) Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment (ROI)
c) Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
d) Should have demonstrated ability to drive traffic & bring down CPCs/ CPMs
e) Managing 1 Cr+ monthly spend budget and campaigns across platforms
f) Target breakdown to the daily level, dashboarding for review & comfort with analytical tools to track customer funnels is a must
g) Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present result.
h) Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed.
i) Ensure marketplace copy and metadata are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines
j) Assist in SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page and site level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment
Education Qualifications: MBA preferred
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in performance marketing & driving traffic & revenue
- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall marketing performance
- Strategic Skills : SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware about marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence
- Technical Skills : MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing, PPC and hands-on experience with any performance and social platform
- Comfortable with handling volumes
- Excellent written & Verbal Communication
