- Min. 5 yrs. & most recent experience in E-Com in Ayurveda Category/FMCG

- Should have handled at least 3 major E-Com players

- Exposure to Foods & Personal Care is an edge

- Ability to single handedly manage set of Ecomm players

- Excellent know-how on the different visibility elements and thorough understanding of each of the Ecomm platforms working

- Willing to travel for customer meeting and regional team meets, wherever required

At Operational Level:

- Should have complete understanding of the modus-operandi of E-com ecosystem.

- Should have handled the E-Com accounts operationally (at National level) for minimum 3 years

- Professional acquaintance with the key stakeholders and gatekeepers in major accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket etc.

- Should be able to influence on PO release, cascade the POs to KAEs & ensuring deliveries with maximum Fill rate, hygiene check and corrections wherever required cascading the POs to KAEs, ensuring

At Customer Level:

- Customer centric approach and decision making

- Should be able to understand the requirement of the customer, and address the need gaps through competition tracking, portfolio assessment

- Maintain healthy relationship with the category managers to impact the business positively

At Finance Level:

- Ensure Revenue goals are meet within the budgets

- Timely sending/receiving Consumer Promotions, debit notes, ROs etc. and acting as coordinator between the internal finance team and the customer

- Follow up for payments with the customer, facilitating Account reconciliation along with GIL Finance etc.

At People Level:

- Collaboration with all the support functions - Finance, Supply Chain, Production

- Establishing healthy and inter-dependent relationships with KAMs & KAEs

At Strategic Level:

- Identify the opportunities/potential for increasing the business in long tern perspective

- Acumen to identify the right set of marketing activities to achieve the revenue goals in a profitable way
